Sport Camps

These two-day, 120-minute camps are designed to teach athletes the basics about speed, agility and quickness. Each day, the athlete will undergo a proper warm-up, SAQ improvement drills, sport specific movements, strength and power development, metabolic conditioning and learn about proper nutrition and recovery. Sport performance camps focus on education and improving the overall athletic ability of the athlete, as well as getting them in shape for sport specific competition.
